Account Executive
Our SEO Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with clients, outsource partners, and team members to gather required information and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and our clients and will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between in-house and outsource teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and gather necessary information.
- Allocate meeting attendance schedules for teams and clients and attend meetings to take minutes.
- Follow up with customers and provide assistance as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy of work before sending it to the outsource team and presenting it to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and project progress.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong service mindset with excellent negotiation
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the SEO industry is a plus
