As an E-commerce Specialist at Shuei Trading (Thailand), you will get to do more than just monitor sales of a product. You will work cross-departmentally and cross-culture with the Japanese team to optimize E-commerce strategies and analyze where there is room for improvement. More specifically, you’ll get to:

·      Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content contained on E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LINE)

·      Developing subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and taking ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts.

·      Cultivating standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.

·      Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across E-commerce platforms.

·      Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.

·      Possessing knowledge of the E-commerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends.

·      Using Spreadsheets or Excel in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, Age 23- 32 years old, Any genders

·      Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, E-commerce business.

·      Knowledgeable of the E-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading E-commerce platform builders (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends, and usability best practices.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·      Analytical and multitasking skills.

·      Able to work in a start-up company environment.

Office location: Sukhumvit 21 (Asok) BTS Asok MRT Sukhumvit

Working day: Mon – Fri (8:00 -16:30) Almost work from home

Salary: 18 – 30K (depends on experience)
