Customer Success Specialist
Reponsibility
• Properly handle cases and customer complaints, Identify, analyze and prioritize customer issues and escalate them to higher level or cross-functional teams to resolve the issues on time
• Deliver the best services to customer and highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
• Build customer satisfaction score
• Ensure best quality of work and communicate effectively with the team
• Able to complete special projects and/or other tasks as assigned subject to business
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
• Welcome new Graduate and Experience in related field
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
• Good Computer skills and Typing Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software application
• Fair command of spoken and written English is a plus
• Good communication and interaction with customers
• Problem resolving and critical thinking skills
• Able to work in shifts and work 5 days/week.
