Trade Channel Support (Junior level with Exp: 0-2 Yrs.)
Role Objective:
· Support Offline Sale Channels (Trade and Distributors) to meet business targets.

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for monthly revenue target with profitability.
· Execute offline sale channel strategies to deliver revenue and profitability targets.
· Create monthly promotions for all offline sale channels.
· Support additional trade events with profitability.
· Plan and manage stock quantity without loss of sale.
· Resolve customer's issues, complaints, and operational matters.
· Provide trade information, competitors’ information, and market information to business.
· Build good relationship with key customers and expand customer base.
· Report and analyze offline sale performance for sale strategies improvement.

Qualifications:
· BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field (new graduate are welcome)
· 0-2 years work experience as a Marketing Officer, Sales and Trading.
· Fast-Learning Behavior with High Discipline and Result driven.
· Good at building customer relationships.
· Positive thinking.
