Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute all marketing/ digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, display advertising campaigns, and branding
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Ensure efficient execution of plans (including the creation of marketing materials)
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors
• Evaluate Customer research, competitors, market conditions/ trends
• Devise strategies to drive APP download via various channels and media and build up Live Streaming as a channel for customer acquisition
• Train and Monitor marketing team members’ performance
• Establish KPIs and incentives for marketing members
• Liaise and work closely with the sales team to ensure high conversion and retention rates
• Design Promotional Campaigns both online and offline promotions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective
