Responsibilities
- Have experience in Retention, Telesales, and Sales or related work in the online gaming industry for at least 2 years.
- Lead and motivated retention/ telesales teams to achieve business objectives / KPIs/ sales targets including sales conversion and revenue growth
- Seek new sales opportunities to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence - Establish, develop and implement sales goals, sales activities, and sales teams’ KPIs
- Oversee control and compliance with defined operational policies & procedures, and ensure appropriate sales practices are maintained at all times
- Establish document and management mechanisms for all types of customers data to ensure the service procedures and quality comply with company standards while assisting in raising the number of all kinds of customers and conversion including retention rate
- Develop and provide training, coaching, support, and sales materials to ensure that staff deliver sales and service in effective manners to best practices
- Monitor daily sales, services, operations, and credit to ensure that all sales and operations activities are with a high level of performance standards/ ensure good quality as well as in compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and also regulatory requirements
- Maintain good relationships with customers and handle customers’ complaints Support new
product launches and development/implementation of sales and marketing programs
- Prepare and present sales/ retention reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
