- Lead marketing campaigns, retail and communications strategies through partnerships, localisation, creative content generation, category and product management
- Drive and develop a comprehensive 360 marketing plan for all new products and programme launches across social, digital, influencer marketing, PR, etc.
- Bring the brand’s essence to life by creating excitement and buzz for its products through brand activations, events and collaborations
- Deliver flawless execution of the annual marketing and content calendars, including development of all marketing materials
- Collaborate with external partners to drive social strategy and bring content to life across all key social media channels and relevant in-country platforms
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams - franchise partners, operations, supply chain, and external creative and production agencies
- Utilise market and consumer insights to manage strategic promotions that drive transactions
- Ensure effective in-store marketing activities to drive sales and awareness about existing restaurants
- Develop strategies for new store openings to create buzz and hit the headlines
- Build strong trust based on the ground partnerships with all stakeholders, franchise leaders, and partners’ teams.
