Job Description

  1.  Conduct and Leverage user research, both qualitative and quantitative, from the analytics teams to understand customer need, motivation, usability. 
  2.  Define essential user journeys/experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints and initiate strategies with functional requirements.
  3.  Collaborating with teams to prioritize the product team's design needs in a fast-paced Agile environment; IT developers to address usage needs, and marketing and customer teams to enhance customer services and brand preference.
  4.  Performing product pre-launch tests, evaluating after-usage and support services to analyze customer feedback on existing product and new releases, and prepare reports to facilitate improvements.
  5.  Presenting design work back to business stakeholders and advise on experience design best practices
  6.  Keeping informed of industry trends and new research, CX, UX and CRM technologies.

Requirement

  1.  A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business management
  2.  At least 2 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, or a similar customer-related role.
  3.  Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience/ insight information.
  4.  Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
  5.  Proficiency in MS Office
  6.  Experience with CX and CRM software, such as amoCRM and Qualtrix CustomerXM and UX tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, and Adobe CC
  7.  Working within an e-commerce environment building designs for responsive and mobile environments is preferred
  8.  Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
  9.  Great organizational and time management abilities.
  10.  Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
