Job Description

  1. Set social media and digital platform to engage with users
  2. Implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  3. Develop a content marketing plan and calendar for each platform
  4. Provide engaging text, image and video idea and content for platforms, and brief to related team to materialize.
  5. Monitor and respond to comments and customer queries, and report to supervisor against the KPIs in a timely manner
  6. Plan and Organize community initiatives and online activities to build community and boost engagement
  7. Coordinate with Marketing, creative teams and external partners to execute the plan.
  8. Liaise with Development departments to stay updated on new products and features
  9. Build relationships with customers, potential customers and external partners.
  10. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends


  1. At least 3 years of proven work experience as a community manager
  2. Excellent verbal, writing and editorial communication skills
  3. Be creative, engaging and original 
  4. Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  5. Good judgment with customer service and interpersonal skills
  6. Knowledge of online marketing and social media
  7. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
