Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and conducting meetings, pipeline generation and successful conversion of opportunities
  • Develop targeted B2B2C account strategies to develop new business opportunities
  • Manage activities, leads and accounts within Salesforce CRM to efficiently input and track the success
  • Be a creative thinker who looks outside of the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets and unlock innovative partnerships
  • Work on critical insights, and enablement to drive analytics and analytical thinking and KPI settings.
  • Diagnose gaps in sales performance and provide actionable solutions to address them
  • Working with the other team to optimize the operations and sales tools
  • Work with International partners to drive more engagement and partnerships for both sponsorships and recurring revenue
  • Identify potential projects to be incubated and sponsored through an active approach and networking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics or similar fields
  • 3+ Experience in high-growth companies, strategy consulting, Sales Operations, or investment banking/private equity 
  • Spreadsheet knowledge & experience
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills 
  • Effective both written and verbal communication skills. You can build the story and then tell it just as well 
  • Responsible and reliable to the people you work with – this is a team effort
  • Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
