Account Management Executive (Hybrid)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Seeking new opportunities for expanding client base, presenting products and services to current clients,and also persuading them to purchase more.
- Preparing documents for clients in order that they can consider on products and services
- Making a good relationship and working environment between client and company
- Understanding clients needs, be able to cooperate with internal and external department
- Being a team player, open minded and keep improving yourself
- Tracking and controlling the quality of works. The work must be delivered in time
- Giving advice or recommending the proper service to clients before and after service
- Being a part of teams KPI
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Business department is special consideration)
- 2 years of working experience at Minimum (Account management / Account Executive / Digital Marketing / Online Business is special consideration)
- Fluently in English will be special consideration
- Be able to use basic Microsoft Office
- Energetic, smart, ingenious, and good interpersonal skills
- High discipline, work hard, cautious in detail, and be able to handle pressures
- Ready to learn new things and pass on knowledge (Growth Mindset)
- Be able to solve unexpected problems and good at negotiation
