Recruitment and Payroll

• Responsible for Recruitment and selection of employees including arranging interviews, hiring, onboarding and orientation staff.

• Maintain HR database to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required with restricted confidential environment

• Review and handle the payroll operations for every month in a timely and accurate manner including to summit PND 1 online.

• Maintain accurate payroll records & update payroll information for special conditions, promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.


• Responsible for internal activities (coordination training for human resources devolpment, monthly townhall as a MC, and generate fun game) 

• Preparing birthday cake for staff once a month.

• Leading on Company outing trip.

Policy Management

• Overall monitor Policy, Rules & Regulations and Labor Laws.

• Update and revise the company rules and regulations.

• Prepare the company announcement.


Training (Learning & development)

• Handling a full spectrum of learning and development.

• Providing the training (In-House, Public), design the training need survey and arrange the proper training program including training materials to each department.

• Preparing job description with each position required to develop a career path.


Performance Management System

• Implement KPIs & Competency and performance measures for performance management system.

• Prepare annual performance appraisal to employees.


Labor Relation

• Provides advice to employees about company and governmental rules, regulations, and procedures, and need for compliance.

• Provide guideline, consultation for employees to ensure the HR good practice and issue a warning letter.



• Performing other tasks as assigned by COO.


Qualifications :

• 1-3 years working experience in Human Resoruce

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or any related fields.

• Know labour legislation, HR systems HRM, HRD

• Strong organizational, communication, problem solving & interpersonal skills

• Service-minded and detail-oriented.

• Proactive, hard-working and a good team player
