Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, schedule, monitor, and distribute OOCA’s contents across all platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, ooca Blog and Linkedin.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company.
  • Develop audience, persona & customer journey strategy
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate the results on social networks periodically such as the increase of followers or the lower level of engagement. Tools like Metricool can help with this task.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our platform that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Interview, hire, and train social media team members and outsource.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material done by content writer and graphic designer.
  • Manage a crisis on social networks.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Manage, mentor marketing team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing with proven track record of successfully managing Brand Marketing, Integrated Communications, Brand PR, Digital Marketing, and CRM leading to revenue generation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Thai and English).
  • Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums, and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytic, Metabase, Pipedive MailChimp and Data Studio is a plus.
  • Experience with Notion is a plus.
