Account Executive (Marketing Solutions)
Work location: 5 mins from BTS Bangwa
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for being a key contact for your assigned clients and keeping the company-client relationship in good standing as well as you should be a good company representative. With the extensive client’s product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, you may also a key player in developing communication strategies. And the most challenging part is that you will be handling multiple clients in several different industries.
Job description and responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate new contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer, and business partner
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to clients and internal management team
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target
- Communicate with production team regarding to customer’s requirement and KPIs
Job requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive, Junior Account Manager or relevant role in Digital Marketing or a related field for at least 1 years (required)
- Work experience in Online Marketing Facebook & Google Advertising (Advantaged)
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- High endurance and be able to work as a team
- Be knowledgeable and understandable of target group and principle of marketing.
- Interested in online marketing
- Interested in consumer behavior
- Be able to work overtime in urgent cases
- Analytical mind, result oriented and well adapted to change
- Excellence verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
