  • Acquisition of new business partners in both public and private sectors
  • Relationship management with new and existing partners to build loyalty
  • Arranges meetings, either face to face or remotely, with our partners to drive business development
  • Quantitative discipline with strong business sense and ability to articulate complex analyses to a wide range of audiences, and translating these to actionable partnership plan
  • Develop local relationship with Partners and facilitates other internal teams to do so when needed.
  • Forecast business growth, track and analyze existing relationships with our partner, as well as identify further areas of opportunity for growth by finding new value propositions through our portfolio
  • Lead the joint partner planning process that develops strategy, tactics and activities associated with productive partner relationship
  • Enables acquisition of new customers through management of Partnerships and collaboration with Sales team on all relevant markets where our Partner operates
  • Collect and share key learnings and best practices across accounts to achieve continuous improvement of all initiatives

Essential Requirements

  • Previous inside partnership experience with proven oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, support personnel, and leadership
  • Able to travel to various locations and attends meetings with/for our partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills, optimism, and initiative-taking approach
  • Excellent negotiation and pitching skills
  • Excellent in spoken and written English and Thai, Japanese is a plus
  • Well established network/community in Thailand and international countries (optional)

Desirable Requirements

  • At least 2 years of field sales experience
  • A start-up attitude - willing to work hard to get things done
  • Develop special partner promotions and events
  • Education of partners on the company’s core business, products, processes, etc.
  • Full support and guidance of prospective and existing partners
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems
  • Business-oriented in order to deliver and increase results with current accounts
  • Excellent teamwork enabling you to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
