Responsibilities :

Build, scale and optimize sales funnels for SaaS business.
Lead the creation, execution and analysis of our digital marketing channels (Facebook, Google Ads and others) to acquire new customers and monitor its effectiveness.
Initiate awareness and consideration campaigns, being thoughtful and balanced with both brand and performance campaigns.
Design email automation strategies to optimize marketing funnel.
Take strong initiative to improve processes and systems.
Plan performance marketing campaigns with budget management that align with the business objectives.
Maintain weekly and monthly performance marketing reports and report insights gained from social media monitoring, analyze and report campaign performance.
Conduct quarterly competitor analysis to monitor competitors’ marketing tactics and activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team and related departments to develop content on social networks and websites.
Work closely with the product, marketing, sales and account management team to maximize business outcomes.

Qualifications :

1-2+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Understanding of SaaS or B2B marketing economics and associated metrics.
A startup mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
Having knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining proactive and open lines of communication across the organization.
Good command of English both written and spoken.
