🎯 Responsibilities

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI components and full interfaces for new and existing features.
• Create modern, interactive, user-friendly and compelling UI/UX
• UI Prototyping
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

🎯 Qualifications

1. Passionate about customer experience and about beautiful design.
2. Experience using Design Thinking method is preferred
3. Skill in using industry-standard design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
4. Good listener, good in understanding user sentiment and behavior.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and decision-making skills.
7. Able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneous
8. More experience in product design experience, mobile application UX design is preferred.
9. Degree in Digital design, Architecture or related field.
10. Portfolio available is a must

• Senior 27 - 40 k ++
• Junior 21 - 25 k ++
