International Operations Manager

The International Operations Manager is the driving force behind Tellscore’ increasing international sales in Indonesia and other countries. He/she plans and decides on marketing strategy, resource allocations and leads the local sales team. He/she decides what type of clients to focus on, which channels and countries to go after first, and how to build scale across geographies.
- Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of the business unit.
- Monitor and review project activities and ensure its completion within scheduled time and budget.
- Explore and analyze digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities in assigned countries.
- Manage activities focusing on sales and marketing strategic growth of Tellscore.
- Build strong relationships with customers in order to maintain good revenue growth in each country.
- Perform review and validation of system layouts and equipment.
- Create a harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Headquarter to develop and implement operational plans for new branches set up and introduce a new approach to sales.
- Regularly travels to local offices in different branches for face-to-face interactions and be personally involved with key accounts.
- Work on requirements provided by management whenever required.
- Thai National only.
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in International Business, Business Management, Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years work-related experience, preferably in Start up or Digital Platform fields.
- Having experience or knowledge in project management, social media, digital PR, influencer marketing, content marketing, or related fields.
- Willing to travel abroad for meeting and working with international team/partners
- Strong knowledge of global and regional operations in the digital industry.
- Able to manage multiple tasks on a tight timeline.
Positive thinker and a team leader with high responsibility.
- Good organizational, problem solving and people-management skills.
- Strong sales, customer service, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Fully bilingual communications both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
