IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for having the Digital Projects running according to planned Roadmap.
• Coordinate and develop improvements for the existing procedures/processes and new procedures/processes for Digitalization within Region in collaboration with Business or other IT Teams.
• Finds and/or support Country IT Managers to Implement Improvement opportunities and Innovation activities to support the IT Digitalization according with the agreed Digitalization Roadmap.
• Support the Country IT Managers to Ensures the Business Processes are well accommodated within the Digital project implementations.
• Ensure design and technology is delivered with an agile focus within a smooth collaboration throughout an experimental environment.
• Plan for, execute and manage communications, including Regional Executive level where applicable.
• Manage project risks by developing mitigations, manage issues as they develop and provide plans to close out issues.
• Introduce Agile Coaching practices, Agile Transformation, Agile Project Management and Introduce Scrum values and practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience in managing application development projects.
• 3-5 years’ experience in managing the design, development, testing, and implementing of on-line, internet, or mobile based applications, SaaS.
• Must have implemented 2 or more automation & digitalization projects (end to end).
• Knowledge of one or more of: COBIT, ITIL, PMI, PMP, Role as a Scrum Master or similar.
• Goal and Results driven with strong collaboration skills.
• Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. MS Project and Miro is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to take initiative, be pro-active and efficient with strong organized skills.
• Strong understanding of the Digital Sector/Market.
• Ability to think logically and analyze complex problems.
• Ability to present complex information verbally and written in a clear, concise manner.
