Job description
- Formulate customer management strategy and develop campaign management platform, marketing automation and customer data platform to ensure organization business alignment.
- Manage the complete campaign lifecycle from initial conception to implementation and evaluation regarding business objectives.
- Develop strategy, frameworks, and best practices for omni-channel by designing & learning from experiments across owned marketing channels (EDM, push notification, SMS, In-app message, LINE) and paid media channels as relevant to the customer experience.
- Develop customer segmentation strategy in order to appropriately approach personalized marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using Google Analytics. Ability to analyze multiple data dimensions to drive actionable business insights
- Seamlessly coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure smooth and timely executions.
- Regularly review analytics and metrics to report campaign performance.
- Obtain implications and insights from data analysis to enhance campaign efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years’ experience in Digital Marketing especially Digital Marketing Performance, Data Analytic, some parts of Marketing Communication and Marketing Technology
- A Bachelor's Degree in Digital/Online Marketing, Marketing Information Systems, Data Analytic, or similar.
- Experience and good knowledge of Performance Marketing, Google/Facebook ads, SEM optimization, UTM Tracking and well understanding on how to apply Marketing technology
- Must have a good presentation skills and experience on how to handle management/business team expectation
- Must have Analytical, Strategic/Proactive Thinking, Sense of Urgency, Can Do Attitude
- Great Teamwork builder/cheerleader
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to manage senior management level's expectation
