FOURDIGIT (THAILAND) is looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager who is passionate and enjoys making memorable impact on people's everyday life through a digital product and has working knowledge of digital product design, development and UX best practices. Taking responsibility for setting and managing expectations internally and with clients, delivering on time, within budget and against agreed objectives. You’ll work closely with the Client Services and Design Services team and have full lifecycle experience from scoping through delivery and can confidently navigate and prioritize business needs, resource management, schedules and financials to successfully navigate and deliver all aspects of the assignment.

Role Purpose

To ensure that clients (both internal and external) are given the best experiences, and that the delivering digital product is high-quality and user-friendly that will help achieve the client’s business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision
  • Develop product concepts, roadmaps, test plans, and functional specifications documentation
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to conceptualize, design, and deliver multi-platform applications
  • Demonstrate business acumen by producing top-down and bottom-up estimates, and leading definition of scopes and staff plans with Client Services and Design Services teams, utilizing appropriate tools.
  • Lead the development and approval workflow of Statements of Work (SOW) with Client Services and Business Operations teams.
  • Through the use of established project management tools, author and maintain project schedules, project briefs, cost estimates and project financial management and other relevant project documentation with input from cross-discipline teams.
  • Own the delivery of a work stream within large, complex initiatives and/or own mid-size projects independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Work with the Client Services and Design Services leads to resolving project-related issues, escalating project blockers and risk to the Executive team.
  • Partner with Client Services and Business Operations teams to manage and communicate project burn, raise scope creep, share budget reporting, and participate in the monthly forecasting process.
  • Participate in client discussions related to project plans and set expectations on due dates needed in order to meet project goals.
  • Identify resource requirements, required skill sets and the allocation of team members to the Design Services team
  • Oversee, manage and communicate the status of integrated initiatives across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery against client assignment and scoped deliverables.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency across all projects is consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Balance a sense of urgency with a calm and confident leadership at all times
  • Leverage existing tools and processes to monitor people and progress
  • Overseeing contractors and vendors that may be required to deliver components of the project
  • Experience adapting project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Kanban) to the needs of the project
  • Help to continually improve 4DT delivery practices and techniques

Qualifications

  • Have a passion for creating impactful digital products that make a better everyday life for people
  • 5+ years of experience delivering web, mobile, and gaming platform projects
  • Track record of shipping on time for 10M+ THB projects
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies
  • Experience working with common project management tools such as Trello, Notion, Smartsheets, Slack, G Suite
  • Can lead the team through ambiguity and not only guide alignment, but identifies solutions
  • Experience managing web-based Software Development, Apps, etc
  • Experience using Agile Methodology
  • Influences without authority and fosters an environment of shared accountability
  • Conscientious and adept at problem-solving through critical thinking
  • Tailors communications based on their audience and level (technology, creative, finance, client, vendor)
  • Navigates strong collaboration between people, processes and systems
  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Knowledge of User Experience (UX) research and design
  • Experience in digital product design and development environment
  • Experience working in digital agency environment
  • Well-recognized Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, DSDM/AgilePM, Certified ScrumMaster - CSM)
