Marketing Automation Specialist

Job Description:

• Build and execute marketing campaigns across platforms through Marketing Automation Own Channels (Push notification, In-App Message, EDM, etc.) aiming to improve customers retention, lead conversion & overall revenue onto platform.

• Design, develop, implement and manage customer experiences at scale that are personalized, build stronger emotional connections with consumers and influence lead generating behavior with audiences, both new and existing, across all touchpoints throughout the consumer journey.

• Manage all recurring/ action-based triggering in-platform communication channels along with monitoring and reporting the result.

• Analyze prospect database and segment to target campaigns with developing audience segmentation strategy through a data-driven approach to identify, size and prioritize opportunities that drive engagement and an optimized experience.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance along with able to define key learnings with suggestion.

• Coordinate with relevant business units to conduct campaigns/ find solutions that serve business requirements.

• Ability to evaluate and give feedback on creative materials such as photography, design layouts and copy.

Requirements:

● Bachelor/Master’s degree in marketing, it or related fields.

● Experience in a CRM and/or analytical role 

● Experience in tech/ platform company.

● Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

● Can-do attitude, have sense of urgency, proactive and multitasking

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills

● Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously

● Proficiency in MS office (E.g. MS excel, MS power point) and presentation

● Familiarity with online marketing metrics and key performance metrics
