Content Shifu แหล่งคอนเทนต์การเรียนรู้และสถาบันอบรมด้าน Digital Marketing เราให้ความสำคัญกับ Authority/Trust และการส่งมอบคอนเทนต์คุณภาพ ซึ่งทำให้เรามีคนเข้ามาเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์และเรียนรู้จากเรามากกว่า 10 ล้านครั้ง และมีบริษัทที่ไว้วางใจ เป็น Partner โปรโมตแบรนด์ร่วมกับเรา และมีบริษัท/คนสมัครเรียนคอร์สและอบรมกับเรามากกว่า 1,000 ธุรกิจ หรือมากกว่า 5,000 คน (ทั้งคอร์สออนไลน์และ Public & In-house Training) นอกจากนี้เว็บไซต์ของเรายังมีผู้ติดตามสม่ำเสมอไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 แสนครั้งต่อเดือน

ตลอด 5 ปีครึ่งที่ผ่านมา Content Shifu ได้รับการก่อตั้งและบริหารโดยผู้ก่อตั้งสามท่าน ในปีนี้เรากำลังมองหาผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติในการเป็นผู้บริหารและผู้นำ เข้ามาร่วมกันสร้างการเติบโตให้กับ Content Shifu ต่อไป

Job Description :

• Oversee daily operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion, while accomplishing your own goals.
• Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
• Manage and lead business, authority and product teams
• Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
• Ensure standards of excellence as well as timely project timeline.
• Engage in key or targeted customer activities and seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas.
• Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
• Evaluate performance and productivity.
• Generate useful reports.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years experience in digital marketing related fields.
• Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, operation, etc.).
• Proven experience in a manager role with strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail.
• Problem solving aptitude.
